In this picture you see 5 different leaves and 5 different colors but do you really know how leaves change color? It all has to do with the different chemicals in the leaves. Different pigments like makes the leaves a shade of green this would most likely be found in the summer because all the pigments are there but the tree is still feeding and the chlorophyll comes out to be most dominant in the leaf. next we have the and carotene and xanthophyll they make the yellow and orange fall is where these guys like to hang out they share the fall with red and brown witch is just leaf waste.Ah the red it is a very help full leaf it stays on the trees the longest and protects it from harmful things flying around in the air such as paper, acorns and other random things the pigment in this one is anthocyanins. Finally I would like to conclude that this lesson was very fun and I never knew how leaves changed colors before this it.

Number 2 I really inproved my reserch skills I was constetly haveing to look up things and got better and better each and every time. Number 3 this one is a combo of computer skills and learning how to deal with problems that I make bigger than they are.
Today was Mr.Badynee 50th b day and to celibrate we made e-cards for him it was just another way we are learning in a twenty first century classroom. The reson it is twenty first century is not only that is was on computers but also we had to use our minds to search and find a e-card that fit Mr.Bandynee intresting pesonality.
